Information collected

The quote form collects your name, organization, business contact details, requirement information, and any documents you choose to attach. Optional fields are identified in the form. Please do not submit classified information, controlled unclassified information (CUI), export-controlled technical data, passwords, identity documents, or other sensitive personal information.

Purpose and access

Submission information is used to review sourcing requests, communicate about the requirement, and maintain procurement records. Records and attachments are stored server-side in a private intake inbox. The website provides no public access to submitted records or attachments.

Local review

When this website is running in local review mode, submissions are saved on the computer running the site. They are not emailed or transmitted to SDS. The form and receipt identify local review mode.

Cookies and technical information

A short-lived, first-party security cookie protects the quote form. It is not used for advertising. The application has no advertising trackers or third-party analytics. A short-lived hashed network identifier is used to limit abusive submissions. Hosting infrastructure may separately process technical access logs.

Retention and requests

Intake records are retained for requirement review and business recordkeeping. Contact jimbabumba@salidefensesolutions.com to request correction or deletion of information you provided, or to ask about retention. Records needed for applicable business or contractual obligations may need to be retained.

Third-party communication

If you contact SDS by email, your email provider and SDS’s email provider process that communication. Downloading the capability statement does not require completing the form.
